Community Care Support
Age Concern Southwark has 4 Community Care Support Service Drop-In centres across the borough.
The Drop-In centres are open each weekday morning to allow older people to visit and get access to support and advice. In the afternoon the Community Care Support Service workers visit people in their homes where this is necessary.
We meet around 5,000 older people each year and give advice on a range of issues. This could include Welfare Benefits and Entitlements, Housing Issues, Utility Bills, helping in times of crisis or helping to complete a simple form.
