Information and Advice
Age Concern Lewisham provides Information and Advice to people over 60 who live in the borough of Lewisham. Support is also available to family members, carers and concerned friends.
This service is free, independent and confidential.
We are able to provide advice on areas such as Pension Credit, Welfare Benefits, Housing, Transport and Travel, Access to care and a variety of other areas.
This service is currently available by appointment only Monday to Friday 10am - 1pm. To book an appointment, please call in at our reception or call 020 8690 9050.
We are also able to offer a very limited number of Home Visits for people who are housebound.
We have outreach sessions at:
Deptford, Access Point, 5 Giffin Street, on Wednesday mornings between 10am and 12noon
Bellingham Sure Start, 109 Randlesdown Road 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month between 10am and 12 noon
Downham, Wesley Halls, Shroffold Road, 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month between 10am and 12 noon.
